From maintenance inspections, expert witness reports right up to large Decent Homes and refurbishment projects we aim to provide each client with the dedicated and focused services of our in-house multi-disciplinary staff and will make an encouraging contribution right from the inception of each instruction, large or small.

Providing services from town and country planning advice through to maintenance and estate management we can respond to instructions requiring services for surveying, modernisation and package improvements to a wide variety of housing types. We have carried out extensive works under the Decent Homes government initiative on a variety of estate and street based properties.
