Our Quantity Surveying staff allow us to undertake a full range of cost consultancy activities designed to provide the Client with accurate cost advice. Throughout the design and construction phases we work closely with our clients, architects, services and structural engineers to evaluate options to achieve the most cost-effective solution.

Blakeney Leigh recognise the importance of accurate and timely cost advice and our Quantity Surveying staff are committed to ensuring that the Client's financial requirements are fully understood and met.
Our Quantity Surveyors are skilled in all aspects of construction economics, and can help clients explore their development options, procure projects on their behalf, and act as Employer's Agent where appropriate. The team draws on experience from a range of projects in various market sectors for public and private sector clients. Innovative use of materials, different methods of procurement and forms of construction, low energy systems and re-cycling are some of the issues taken into consideration in achieving our aim of helping our clients create long term cost savings and sustainable solutions.
