Due to safety requirements, the works had to be carried out and phased in agreement with the school, Enfield fire safety coordinator and Building Control. Further to
The project included replacement of fire doors & shutters throughout the school, fire stopping, installation of new emergency lighting and installation of a new fire detection system. All works carried out to comply with Building Regulations.
Due to the nature of the scheme and priority of the items, the works were carried out over available school holidays and during ‘out of hour’s’ periods to achieve the required completions within an agreed timescale.
