CDM Services (**Note move into Project Management Service page)
Anyone who procures construction work has a legal duty under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 to make sure that their project is suitably managed, ensuring the health and safety of all who might be affected by the work.
Commercial clients must appoint a Principal Designer to coordinate matters relating to health and safety during the pre-construction phase. If you don’t formally appoint someone, you’ll be the default Principal Designer yourself.
Blakeney Leigh is ideally placed to take on the role of Principal Designer, so you can be sure that you’re complying with your legal duties.
